Optional enrollment

Text messages are optional. You can book or purchase from Cloudry without agreeing to receive text messages.

To enroll, enter a US or Canada mobile number in the consultation booking review and select the separate, unchecked SMS consent box. Cloudry records the disclosure version and time with the booking.

Message purpose and frequency

Cloudry sends transactional consultation updates only. Cloudry does not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.

Message frequency varies, generally no more than four messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply. Email remains the source for Google Meet details and booking-management links.

• Consultation confirmation.
• One reminder approximately 24 hours before the consultation.
• Rescheduling updates.
• Cancellation updates.

STOP, START, UNSTOP, and HELP

Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Cloudry suppresses pending and future consultation texts to that number. Selecting the website consent box again does not override a previous STOP.

Reply START or UNSTOP to opt back in for future eligible consultation messages. Suppressed messages are not replayed.

Reply HELP for help or email [email protected]. The number is not monitored for ordinary conversation. Other replies are not forwarded or retained as message content.

Number protection and records

Cloudry stores an enrolled phone number in encrypted form and displays only its last four digits in the owner dashboard. Notification, audit, and delivery records use a one-way fingerprint instead of the number.

The encrypted number becomes eligible for deletion after the consultation’s normal 24-month retention period. Cloudry retains non-reversible consent and opt-out evidence for four years.
