Who operates Cloudry

Cloudry LLC is a Virginia limited liability company. Our mailing address is 3500 Cox Rd., Apt. 240, Henrico, VA 23233, United States. In this policy, “Cloudry,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Cloudry LLC.

Questions and privacy requests may be sent to [email protected]. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive personal information through our public forms.

Who the public service is for

Cloudry’s public website, inquiry forms, and consultation tools are intended for adults in the United States who are acting for themselves or with authority for a business or organization.

People may reach the website from outside the United States. Information submitted through the service is processed in connection with Cloudry’s United States operations and the service providers described in this policy.

Information you provide

We collect information you choose to provide when you describe an idea, send a business inquiry, correspond with us, request a consultation, manage a booking, or opt in to consultation text updates. Our public forms are designed for business inquiries and should not be used to submit sensitive personal information.

  • Your name and email address.

  • An optional company or organization name.

  • Your project brief, desired outcome, selected service category, expected timeline, and other business context you choose to share.

  • Your selected consultation duration, time zone, dates, times, booking status, and booking-management actions.

  • If you separately choose consultation texts, your US or Canada mobile number, consent version and time, and opt-out or opt-in status.

  • Your privacy and analytics choices and the versions of the notices presented to you.

  • Messages and other correspondence you send to Cloudry.

Necessary technical information

We collect limited technical information needed to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the public service. This may include browser and device characteristics, request timestamps, security and operational logs, limited network information such as an IP address, and pseudonymized identifiers used to apply request limits and prevent abuse.

We use scoped, signed identifiers to maintain short-lived intake and booking-management sessions. These identifiers do not contain your project brief, email address, or other form responses.

For anonymous traffic measurement, Cloudry immediately derives a purpose-specific rate-limit identifier and broad device and browser categories, then discards the source address and raw user-agent string.

Pip and automated abuse protection

Visitors can choose to use Pip, Cloudry’s AI project guide. Pip cannot browse the web or take actions, and its answers may be wrong.

When you use Pip, Cloudry sends conversation text and relevant reviewed Cloudry source excerpts to an artificial-intelligence service provider for moderation, retrieval embeddings, and response generation. The provider states that API data is not used to train its models by default. Under its default abuse-monitoring controls, API content may be retained for up to 30 days.

An abuse-prevention provider processes technical, browser, and network information when a Pip chat begins to help prevent automated abuse.

Optional first-party analytics

If you allow analytics, Cloudry records anonymous page routes and code-defined actions such as following a navigation link, opening a frequently asked question, or completing a form step. We use this information to understand which pages and actions are useful and where the public experience can be improved.

Cloudry does not use advertising trackers, fingerprinting, session replay, keystroke capture, arbitrary page text, query strings, fragments, or form content for analytics. Analytics records do not contain your name, email address, company, project brief, appointment details, phone number, raw IP address, or raw user-agent string.

Without analytics consent, public document requests contribute only to bounded aggregate traffic counts. Cloudry classifies traffic as likely human, likely automated, or unknown using limited technical signals; these labels are estimates, not guarantees.

How we use information

We use personal information for the business, communication, scheduling, security, and operational purposes described in this policy. We do not use information submitted through these forms to send marketing email or marketing text messages.

  • Respond to your inquiry and understand the business outcome you want.

  • Offer, schedule, manage, and reconcile consultation bookings.

  • Create calendar invitations and online meeting details for an approved consultation.

  • Send transactional email and, when separately requested, consultation text updates.

  • Process STOP, START, UNSTOP, and HELP instructions for consultation texts.

  • Operate, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the public service.

  • Prevent abuse, enforce request limits, investigate security events, maintain records, resolve disputes, and protect Cloudry, visitors, and others.

Consultations and communications

If you request a consultation, we use your email address, selected time, meeting duration, and booking details to create and manage the calendar event and online meeting. A booking is not confirmed until Cloudry has recorded the calendar event and completed meeting link.

We use transactional email to confirm inquiries and bookings, provide a booking-management link, and communicate booking changes.

If you separately opt in during booking, Cloudry uses your mobile number to send consultation confirmation, one reminder, rescheduling, and cancellation updates. Text messages are optional, are not a condition of purchase, and contain no marketing. Reply STOP to opt out, START or UNSTOP to opt back in for future eligible messages, or HELP for help. Email remains the source for meeting and management details.

Necessary cookies

Cloudry uses necessary cookies and similar controls for security, form submission, intake continuity, and booking management. Optional first-party analytics cookies are used only after you choose Allow analytics. Cloudry does not use advertising cookies.

The signed analytics choice cookie lasts for up to 180 days. An anonymous analytics session expires after 30 minutes of inactivity and no later than 12 hours after it begins. The signed intake capability generally expires within two hours. A signed booking-management cookie may remain available until twenty-four hours after the scheduled meeting ends. Security controls may invalidate these cookies earlier.

Service providers and other disclosures

We disclose information only when needed for the provider’s role or for another purpose described in this policy. Calendar and meeting providers receive the visitor email address, meeting time, duration, booking identifier, and conference information, but not the project brief or optional company name. Transactional email providers receive the information needed to deliver the message and management link. A communications provider receives the mobile number and fixed transactional message needed to deliver an opted-in consultation text.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

We may also disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law, necessary to protect rights or safety, or needed to respond to valid legal process.

  • Hosting, infrastructure, database, and security providers that operate the public service.

  • Calendar and online-meeting providers that schedule and host consultations.

  • Transactional email providers that deliver inquiry and booking messages.

  • Communications providers that deliver optional consultation texts and internal operational alerts.

  • Artificial-intelligence and abuse-prevention providers used for optional Pip interactions.

  • Professional advisers who need information to provide legal, accounting, security, or other professional services.

No sale or targeted advertising

Cloudry does not sell personal information. Cloudry does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising, and we do not use information from public inquiry or consultation forms to build advertising profiles.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here and for security, dispute resolution, legal, accounting, and recordkeeping needs. Unaccepted inquiries and consultation records become eligible for deletion after twenty-four months. Eligibility does not mean a record is automatically deleted on that date; Cloudry may retain it for a documented operational or legal reason.

An encrypted consultation-text phone number becomes eligible for deletion after the consultation’s normal 24-month retention period. Cloudry retains non-reversible consent and opt-out evidence for four years. Delivery records use a one-way phone fingerprint and do not contain the phone number.

Availability snapshots become eligible for deletion ninety days after they expire. Intake capabilities, rate-limit identifiers, and similar security records are short-lived or retained for a limited security window.

Raw consented analytics sessions, events, and anonymous traffic buckets are retained for up to 90 days. Compact daily analytics totals are retained for up to 13 calendar months.

Cloudry encrypts Pip conversation text and keeps it for up to 24 hours. Cloudry keeps content-free Pip operational metadata, such as timing, cost, and safe outcome codes, for up to 30 days.

Your choices and privacy requests

You may allow, decline, or later withdraw optional analytics through Privacy settings in the website footer. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals disable detailed journey collection. Withdrawing consent stops future detailed collection and clears the active analytics session.

You may decline consultation texts and still book. Reply STOP to opt out. A later web-form selection does not override STOP; reply START or UNSTOP to restore future eligible messages.

You may ask Cloudry to provide access to, correct, or delete personal information associated with your inquiry or consultation. Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have additional rights.

Send requests to [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and the scope of the request before acting. We may retain information when applicable law permits or requires it, including for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal claims, and recordkeeping. Cloudry does not discriminate against a person for making a privacy request.

Security

Cloudry uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and alteration. These measures include scoped access, signed capabilities, request limits, encrypted connections, encrypted phone storage, provider boundaries, audit records, and restricted credentials.

No method of transmission, storage, or security control can guarantee absolute security. Please use the public forms only for the requested business information and contact us if you believe information associated with your inquiry has been compromised.

Children

Cloudry’s public services are intended for adults and business users. They are not directed to children, and Cloudry does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review the matter and, when appropriate, delete the information.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our public service, providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. When required, we will provide an appropriate notice before a material change takes effect.
